Azusa California, January 26th,1914.
The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:30 P.H.
Present at roll call; Ayes; Collins, Barnes, Case and
Roach.
Absent; Clark
The minutes of January 12th and January 19th,1914 were
read and approved.
Communications were read asking that Alameda Avenue be
graded and clayed from Ninth Street to 11th Street and from
2nd Street to 4th Street.
Moved by Case, seconded by Collins that the City Attorney
and the Ordinance and Judiciary Committee bring in an Ordi-
nance regulating the whole -Gale price of Electricity to the
City of Azusa.
Motion carried.
Trustee Clark now present.
Moved by Case, seconded by Collins that the City Attorney
preE to a Resolution creating a Street and Alley Fund and
providing that the Revenues accruing from the fines of speeders
be placed in that fund.
Motion carried.
Moved by Case, seconded by Clark that a Committee be ap-
pointed to interview the Superintendents Department of the
Santa Fe regarding their road right-of-way.
Motion carried.
Preeidemt Roach appointed oil that Committee Trustees Case
and Collins, and Attorney Glover.

taken up for the third reading and put on its final passage.

ESTABLISHING A FIRE DISTRICT IN SAID CITY OF AZUSA AND REGUL-
ATING THE LOCATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS WITHIN SAID
DISTRICT AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0118 OF THE CITY OF AZUSA"
be taken up for the third residing and put on its final passage.

the third reading.

be declared read for the second time and laid over until next
meeting.

Moved by Case, seconded by Barnes that the Alameda Avenue
petitions be granted and that Alameda Avenue be graded and Oleo
clayed from 9th street to 11th street, aid from 2nd, street
to 4th street, and the money be taken from the special Fund,
Alameda Avenue to be the first street.
Moved by Collins, seconded by Barnes that the hearing
for the re -assessment of San Gabriel Avenue be continued until 8�
next meeting.

for City Printing be adopted as read.
