The City Council substituting as the Rent Review Hearing Board of the City of Azusa met in Special session, at the above date and time in the Azusa Light and Water, located at 729 N. Azusa Avenue, Azusa, California. Chairperson Madrid called the meeting to order. ROLL CALL PRESENT: BOARDMEMBERS: STANFORD, ROCHA, CHAGNON, MADRID ABSENT: BOARDMEMBERS: NONE ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cole, Jamie Raymond of Best, Best, and Krieger, Community Improvement Manager Rudisel, Rob Coldren and Andrew Kienle of Hart, King 8_ Coldren, Kenny Mar and Dale Pedroche of Mar Investments, Bill and Sharon Driever, Ron Evans, and Rudy Valenzuela representing residents Ithe Arrow Pines Mobile Home Park, Deputy City Clerl< Toscano. They complained mostly about the attitude of the park manager. Mr. Dale Pedroche offered to hold office hours with one week notice and that he would be available D. Pedroche evenings. The goals Management discussed were as follows: bringing rents up to par, being comments business friendly, commitment to avoid any hardships to the residents, identify what is fair and workable for all, and to negotiate a settlement for all.
