MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
RENT STABILIZATION REVIEW BOARD
SATURDAY, MARCH 10, 2001 - 9:00 A.M.
The City Council substituting for the Rent Review Hearing Board of the City of Azusa met In
Adjourned session, at the above date and time in the Azusa Auditorium, located at 213 East
Foothill Boulevard, Azusa, California.
Chairperson Chagnon called the meeting to order.

Ir. Dahlin began by voicing objections to holding the hearing at this time and noted several Estates,
reasons, such as: lack of a full quorum of Boardmembers, the venue, notice of the meeting in Application
Spanish and English, improper notification of the meeting, a letter he sent to City Attorney noting for Rent Inc.
objections, etc. It was decided that the Review Board would move forward with the hearing.
City Attorney Raymond responded to Mr. Dahlin's objections, clarifying several of his objections CityAttorney
and stating that the meeting is to receive testimony and present evidence and noted what comments
options the tenants have. Testimony was received from the following tenants:
Sharon Driever, Anna Farely, and Camille De Mascio.

Testimony was received from Jim Driever, Ann Mouler, Camille De Mascio, Graciela Villa. Testimony
Mr. Dahlin and Mr. Kenly responded to testimony regarding comparing mobile home parks in the W. Dahlin
area, street lights on timers, detailing why he thinks what is being presented, does not relate comments
to the Net Operating Income. ,
Chairperson Chagnon advised that the next meeting is proposed for Thursday, March 22, 2001, Chagnon
6:30 p.m. in the Azusa auditorium to receive further testimony from tenants, if needed, and comments
stimony from the applicant and their expert witnesses.
It was consensus of Boardmembers to adjourn. Adjourn
