Azusa California, March, ¢3,1914.
The Boaed..of Trustees met in regular session at 7:20 P.M.
Present at roll call; Collins, Barnes, Case and Roach,
Absent; Clark.
The minutes of March 9th and March 16th, 1914 were read and
approved.
Trustee Clark now present.
Application for a pool .room license for F.D.Streshly was read
by the Clerk.
Moved by Barnes, seconded by Collins that the license be
granted.
Motion carried,
Application was read from Charles Bander for pool room license.
Moved by Case, seconded by Barnes that the license be granted.
Motion carried.
Application was also read from T.S.Oki for pool room license.
Moved by Barnes, seconded by Case that the license be granted
Mr Oki.

Communication was read from Wardall and Wagoner asking for
a fifteen days extension of time on the work on Alameda Avenue,
Moved by Case, seconded by Barnes that the extension of time
be. granted.
Motion carried. ,
Moved by Case, seconded by Collins that the City Clerk
find nut what price neighboring towns pay for electricity and
send this information to Mr Frederick Baker.

precinct for the Election of April 13th, 1914,

one election officer and the President appo}nt the extrii man.

Moved by Collins, seconded by Barnes that the fees be $6.00
for all services.

Moved by Clark, seconded by Barnes that the City Attorney
draw up an Ordinance fixing the salary for the City Treasurer
for the ensuing year.

Moved by Case, seconded by Collins that,the Ordinance
being "AN ORDINANCE CIUT.ATING A BOARD OF HEALTH IN THE CITY OF
AZUSA, PROVIDING FOR TRE ,SAi1ITARY CONllITIOidS AND PUBLIC HEALTH
OF SAID CITY, AND DEFINING AND DECLARING WHAT ARE PUBLIC NUISANCES
AND PROVIDING A BEHE'DY FOR THE ABATEMENT OF SAID NUISANCES AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN COIdFLICT
THERLWITH," be taken up for the third reading and put on its
final passage.
