Azusa California, April 14th,191.4.
The Boardn of Trustees met in regular adjourned session
at 8:00 P.M.
Present at roll call; Collins, Byrnes, Clark, Case
and Roach.
Communication was read from the Municipal League of
Los Ahoeles.
Moved by Collins, seconded by Case that the communica-
tion be filed.
Motion carried.
'trustee Case offered a Resolution and moved its adoption
being "A FIFSOI.0^_lON OF TFin BOARD of TRUSTFES OF THE CITY OF

AZUSA, AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTTOI
OF 1'OUPTH STRETW, IN TITS CITY OF AZUSA, FROM THE PANT LINE
OV SAN GABRIE): AVENUE TO THE 9.TRT LINE OF PASADENA AVENUE."
The Resolution wau read by the Clerk, and seconded by
Clark;
Roll call; Ayes; Collins, Barnes, Clark, Case and Roach.
Noes; None,
Absent; None.
The matter of drainage district to be formed on Pasadena
Avenue was referred to the Auditing and Finance Committee,
and they were instructed to meet with the,City Engineer on
April-14th,1914.,
The marshalts annual report was read by the Clerk.
Moved by Case, seconded,by Collins that the report be
accepted.
Motion carried.
Trustoo Case stated that Mr Jones would like to have
some fertilizer for the trees on Centre Strent.
?loved by Barnes, seconded by Case, that Mr Jones purchase
this Fertilizer .
Motion carried.
Mr J.R.Rohson was before the Board stating that Yr "lyatt
had dumped some more. dirt in the water Wqp of Block, 32.
Moved by Case., seconded by Collins that the City Mqrshal
notify Mr Wyatt to stop dumping dirt in the water way until
investigated by•the City Engineer.
Motion carried.
Trustee Collins offered a Resolutionand moved its
adoption being "A RISOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA PROVIDING FOR TI{E TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS."
The Resolution was rend by the Clerk, and seconded by
Case.
