The Board of Trustees met in regular session.at,700 P.M.
Present at roll call; Barnes, Petty, Clark, Collins,
Absent; Thompson,
,The minntes of April 20th,1914 were read and approved,
Trustee Thompson now present.
Communication was,read from the State Compensation Insur-
once Fund.
An estimate on the line extension to Voseburg property
was presented by Superintendent Thompson,
The estimate was referred to,the Public works Committee.
Trustee Clark offered a jesolution and moved its adoption
being "A RESOLUTION,OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
A7.USA,ORDERING CERTAIN WORK. TO BE DONE OF ORANGE AVENUE IN
THE CITY OF AZUSA." ,
The Resolution was read,by the Clerk and seconded by
Barnes.

The Public Works Committee reported on the Improvement of
Pasadena Avenue stating that nothing had been done so far.
