The City Council of the City of Azusa met in adjourned session at the above date and time at the Azusa Police Department emergency Operations Center located at 725 N. Alameda, Azusa. Mayor Chagnon called the meeting to order. Call to Order ROLL CALL Roll Call PRESENT: DIRECTORS: HARDISON, CARRILLO, ROCHA, HANKS, CHAGNON ABSENT: DIRECTORS: NONE Also Present ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Martinez, City Manager Delach, Assistant City Manager Person, Utilities Director Hsu, Economic Development Director Coleman, Public Information Officer Quiroz, Executive Assistant Cravens, Interim Chief of Police Garcia, Information Services Administrator Graf - Gaynor, City Librarian Tovar, Director of Human Resources Hanson, Director of Recreation and Family Services Jacobs, Public Works Director -Assistant City Manager Makshanoff. 'PUBLIC PARTICIPATION Pub Part Public comment was received from Mr. Jorge Rosales regarding demographic statistics and the J. Rosales need to consider the communities demographics and majority Latino population as a major Comments factor in goal setting. AGENDA ITEM Agenda Item A Goal Setting Workshop was held between City Council Members and staff. Goal Setting Workshop It was consensus of Councilmembers to adjourn.
