The Board of Trustees met in special session at 3:00 P.M.
Present at roll call; Barnes, Thompson, Clark, Collins.
Absent; Petty.
President Collins stated that the meeting was called or the
purpose of passing a Resolution transferring the five shares in the
Azusa Agricultural Water Company to F.L.Clark, so that he could be
appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the Azusa Agricultural
'Hater Company.
