Present at roll call; Barnes, Thompson, Petty, Clark. Absent; Collins. Moved by Barnes, seconded by Thompson that Trustee Clark be made temporary chairman. Motion carried/ Trustee Clark stated that the object of meeting was to listen B v to a proposition to be made by a representative from Blymyer and CO, in regard tp the purchasing of our light and water bonds. Mr N.C.Rogere representing the Blymyer and Co, then stated that they would be willing to buy the bonds at par and accrued interest if theyrwore able to work with the contractor that was awarded the contract for doing the work ,providing that the proceedings were alright legally and suggested that they be passed upon by their attor- neys Messers. Goodfellow, Bells, Moore, and Orrick. }ie also stated that their price was One dollar per thpueand, or 05.00 for passing on our bonds. Moved by Petty, seconded by Barnes that the City Clerk send the proceedings to these Attorneys for their opinion. Roll call; Ayes; Barnes, Thompson, Petty, Clark. Noes; None. Absent; Collips.
