Azusa California, August 17th1914.
The' Board of. Trustees met in regular session at 2:30 P.M�
Present at roll call; Barnes, Petty, Clark, Collins.
Absent; Thompson.
The minutes of August 3rd and August lOth,1914 were -read -and
approved'.
! Communication was read from Los Angeles Tourist Hotel Guide,.
and from Goodfellowr Bells, Moore, and Orrick, which were ordered
placed on file.
Attorney Steele stated that he had a talk with Attorney a
Hanna, and he stated that he would go ahead with the Citj's cases t. -^--
in Superior Court, charging a fee of $50.00 for preparing the cases
and $50.00 for every day he was in court.
Moved bjL Clark, seconded by Petty that the matter of securing
evidence against the blind pigs be referred to the Sanitary and
Police Committee with power to act.
Roll call; Ayes; Barnes, Potty, Clakk, Collins.
Noes; None.
Absent; Thompson.
Trustee Clark offered a Resolution and moved its adoption
being "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE, CITY OF AZUSA
PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS."
The Resolution was read by the Clerk, and seconded by Barnes.

Moved by Clark, seconded by Barnes that the following demands
be allowed and warrants drawn for the same;
