I Present at roll call: Barnes, Thompson, Petty, Clark Collins. It was moved by,Barnes and seconded by ThonWson that tha pM1�, ordinance being AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FIRE LIMIT AND THE ` OFFICE OF BUILDING INSPECTOR AND REGULATING THIS CONSTRUCTION AND ALTERATION AND REPAIR. OF BUILDINGSrI14 THE CITY OF AZUSA AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF SAID ORDINANCE. be taken up for the first reading. Motion carried. The Ordinance was read by the Clerk. It was moved by Clark seconded by Petty that the ordinance be declared read for the first time and be Jaid over until the next meeting. Motion carried. It was moved by Thompson seconded by Barnes thst.the ord- inance -being AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ESTABLISHING THE OFFICE OF PLUMBING INSPECTOR AND FIXING HIS COMPENSATION, DEFINING HIS DUTIES AND PROVIDING RE° GULATIONG FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION. It was moved by Barnes seconded by Thompson that the ordinance being "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE OF.INTOXI° GATING LIQUORS WITHIN TILE CITY OF AZUSA EXCEPT FOR BONA FIDE MEDICAL. PURPOSES, IN THE MANNER THEREIN PROVIDED AND -REPEALING ORDINANCE NO 70 AND ORDINANCE NO 168 OF SAID CITY. BE TAKEN up for the third reading. Motion carried. Roll -Call Ayenl Barnes, Thompson, Petty, Clerk, Collins Noes: None Absent: None V The City Attiamey reported that the Safta Fe R.R.Co was willing to have the Health Commission of Azusa investigate their buildings in Azusa and would act according to their suggestions. The City Engineer presented a report on the proposed water system. Trustees Clark offered a resolution and moged its adoption being a RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA PROVIDING.FOR THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS. The resolution was read by the clerk and seconded by Barnes.
