Present at roll call; Barnes, Petty, Clark, Collins. i YoH., Absent; Thompson. 1� Y� Trustee Barnes offered a Resolution and moved its adoption _being "RESOLUTION NO 404". Thu Resolution was read by the Clark and seconded by Clark. Roll call; Ayes; Barnen, Patty^oCjark, Collins. Absent; Thompson. Trustee Petty offered a Resolution and moved its adoption being "A:RESOLUTION OF THIS BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF. THE CITY OF, AZUSA CHANGING AND RE-ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OI+ TENTH STIUMT Fn OM TILE WEST LINE OF PASADENA AVENUE TO, THE FAST LINE OI' VERNON AVEIIUR AND THIS GRADE OF SAN GABRIEL AVENUE FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF F,LEV- MITH STREET TO THE NORTH LINIS OF SECOND STREET IN THE CITY OF" AZUSA". Moved by Petty, seconded by Barnes that the matter be laid over until Monday night October 19thi,1914. Mr 0.11, 73nkrr was before the Board asking for a flat rate on water used for the Grammar School gds -for this year. Moved by Clark, seconded by Petty that the request be granted. Motion carried, Mr J,T,Lindley was before the Board suggesting that while they n^-4-0,7 were putting in Culverts and Gutters to take care of the rain water on different streets that they build a concrete ditch on the North aide of Sierra 1.".adra Avenue and carry that water west to first wash. Mr Ritchter was before the Board asking for a druggist liquor permit, also asking that the Board not ask him to put up $1000.00 Bond, which was refuned. Engineer Gierlich presented an„ estimate for the Improvement,y,,.�A`�' of San Gabriel Avenue, Azusa Ave, Alameda Ave, Dalton Ave,Soldano Ave,. and Pasadena Avenue with culverts. N Moved by Barnes, seconded by Petty that the report be accepted.
