Present at roll call; Barnes, Thompson, Potty, Clark, Collins.
The minutes of October 19th,1914, were read and approved.

Bond Flection returns held on October ?,4th, 19.14.

President Collins appointed Trustee Petty and Clark an tellers.

DEBTS IN THE SUMS OF 020, 000.00 and J'P35, 000.00 FOR TIME ACQUISITION
