City Attorney Steele stated that the, Santa Pe Railway Company
had notified ldr J.II.Culler to remove some buildings that he had on a
30 foot strip of'land between Join Gabriel Avenue and the Alley west,
which according to the map was set aside for street purposes and as
he believed was under the control of the city, and not the Santa Fe.
The matter was referred to the Public Vorks Committee .
Moved by Petty, seconded by Darnel that the Bond Proceedings
be submitted to Goodfellow, Bells, Boors and Orrick for their opinion
efA'~ as to their validity.
