The Board of Trustees met lin regular session at 7:30 P.M.
Present at roll call; Barnes, Thompson, Petty, ClarklPollins.
The minutes of November 2nd, and November 9th,1914 were read
and Approved.
Communications from the Pacific Light and Power Corp, Commeft
cial and Financial Times, Byron C.Hanna, State Compensation Insur8a—

ce Fund, were read by the Clerk.
An Ordinance amending Section 23 and 24 of Ordinance NO 166
was read .
Moved by Petty, seconded by Clark that the Ordinance be
declared read for the first reading.

was read.

The report of F.M.Steele was read by the Clerk.
Moved by Petty, eeconded by Thompson that the report of Attyy
Steele be accepted.

ve Shorr Bros, was read by the Clerk.
Moved by Petty, seconded by Thompson that the report be accept-
ed and the bill of F.M.Steele and Byron C.Hanna paid.

City Attorney Steele reported that the decision of ,the Recorders
Court in the case of the City vs Frank Martinez had been affirmed
by the Superior Court.
Moved by Petty, seconded by Barnes that a Committee of three
drafE a Resolution of regret of the death of Mr A.P.Gritfith and
publish same in the Pomotropic and also spread a copy on the
minutes.
Motion carried.
Preeident Collins appointed Trustees Petty, Barnes, and Clark
on that Committee.

City Band $25.00 a month from December let,1914.

Trustee Clark offered a Resolution and moved its adoption being
"A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTM OF THE CITY OF AZUSA PRO-
VIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS."
The Resolution was read by the Clerk, and seconded by Barnes.
