The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in
regular session at 7:30 P.M.
Present at roll call Barnes, Thompson, Clark, Collins
absent Petty.
The applications of T. S. Oki, F.D,Streshly and Chas
Bender for a renewal of their pool -room license for the
auarter ending AWil 1st 1915 were read. , ,
- It oras moved by Brines seconded by Thompson that the
licenses be granted.

discontinue the proceedings on loth Street and not put the
sidewall: and curb on the eastern he if of the street at this
time.

It was moved by Barnes, seconded by Clark gnat sidewalk

Lir. I.D. Roach was before tine Board asking the Codncil
to make exception to the Building Ordinance for an Old Idexi-
can Widow Woman that had enough money and. labor donated icer
to build or remodel a very small house put could not put a
flush toilet in it as it would take:more money than was
given her.
A communication was read from The Southern Counties
Gas Company.
Trustee Barnes offered a resolution and moved its

The applications were referred to the Street Superinten-
dent .with power to act.
It was moved by Petty econded by Cl.esk that the action
of the Purchasing Committee in purchasing from C.F.. Heir 1
team of horses for $300.00, 1 Studebaker wagon x100.00,
1 double harness ;x50.00, 1 flat rack, 1 pr:, lead bars,. 1
Fresno scraper, hay and grain and 1 gravel bed x50.00 be
and the same is hereby ratified and approved and a warrant
be drawn xrui�for the sum of x500.00 and delivered to. said
C. F. •Meirr upon receipt of a good and sufficient Bill of
Sale•to the City of Azusa for said personal property.
