The Board of Trustees met in regular session at 7:30 P.M.
Present at 'roll call; Barnes, Petty, Clark, Collins.
Absent; Thompson.
The m1nutes of January 18th were read acid corrected to read "Lir W.E
Dougherty was before the Board stating that he would like to have the
council have the pepper trees pruned on CENTRE STREET, sotas..to ght
rid of the scale." And also the minutes of January 25th were read
and approved.
Yoved by Barnes, seconded by Petty that the Clerk, issue a claim
for the Street Tree Assessment to the Administrator of the Randall
Estate.
Motion carried.
Trustee Thompson now present.
q P Loved by Barnes ,seconded by Clark that the Clerk, get bids for
/ tyro certificate of Sale Books, one delinquent taY book, end one Bond
Assessment Book.
Motion carried.
Protest on 'Tenth Street was read by the Clerk.
Loved by Clark., seconded by Barnes that the protest be over—ruled
and the City proceed with the vrork on Tenth Street.

Communication was read from Juan Montoya asking for financial aid.
The matter was referred to the City Attorney to report to the
